BTC has a monopoly on mobile communications in over 700 hundred Bahamian islands. WapOneline was chosen to manage all VAS for BTC. The first services launched for beta testers were ringtones, wallpapers and game downloads. WapOneline will also act as a main aggregator and connect other content companies with interest to this untapped market.

VideoRola, a Music TV Channel, and Icareus, a Participation and Interactive TV Provider, chose WapOneline for SMS connectivity for their project that needed to reach customers in the USA, Mexico and Guatemala. The choice was easy. Nobody else has connections with every major carrier in all 3 countries and no one else is able to provide a common short code across the borders.

Puerto Rican Media Co. chooses WapOneline to manage Content Delivery

The largest media company in Puerto Rico and WapOneline have agreed to a mobile content delivery project. WapOneline will build wap and web portals for the company which it will then use to market its own media, reaching practically everyone on the island. WapOneline will host the content in its Mobilenator and the content will be delivered via WAP, SMS and MMS due to many different network infrastructures in Puerto Rico.

Wap Oneline's content will be listed on Conecel's web portal called Ideas Porta. Conecel elected to use some of Wap Oneline's content to as part of its initial VAS launch promotions broadcast on TV.
